Bottle Unscrambler

Placed at the beginning of the line, the bottle uncrambler is ideal designed to feed packaging line automatically. Bottles in thermoplastic material or equivalent are discharged in bulk mode into a hopper elevator which gradually feeds a rotating bowl that picks the bottles in a prone position whatever the neck orientation. At output of he bowl, bottles are lined up and dispatched via massage belts towards an orientationwheel which allows the bottles to be oriented harmoniousy with the help of a hook. A positioner allows bottles to stand up right before being caught by side bands and placed upright in a conveyor.
