Work piece do indexing running with index motion turret, assembling tools fixed to the machine frame. Work piece holders with index turret in turn parked under the different tools, thus products will be assembled and tested when index turret process a completed rotation.

We can supply single or multi turret machines according to customers’ requirements and feature of work piece. One turret can put 6 to 32 working stations. One index machine can work independently, or connecting with other machines to have a completed assembling line when work piece are complex and composed by many components.Continuous motion machine is suit for the assembling capacity with annual volume from 10 million to 75 million. Machine speed reach 800 pcs/min. Fully automatic means no operator needs to feed components or do one by one checking.

The structure characteristics of continuous motion machine: work piece moving with turret do continuous constant movement, all assembly tools equipped inside turret, work piece holders are between upper tools and lower tools. It means that all tools and work pieces do continuous movement together with turret, thus products will be assembled and tested when turret process a completed rotation.
